P1) MORALE-BOOSTING PURPOSE:  Our purpose at BAFU is to penetrate every State, every City and every Town in the United States of America to impregnate the minds with our MORALE BOOSTING MANDATE found in our Trademark and private label.  This is where you begin your participation at BAFU.  This is your job #1 in spreading the MORALE BOOSTING mandate by enrolling support members and recipients of the BAFU benefits in the fight against unemployment.  What's the purpose at BAFU?  To get all minds in the whole nation impregnated with our MORALE-BOOSTING mandate: Bounce Back America From Unemployment.  To this end, 

A) we intend to unify our PURPOSE with our PRINCIPLE of love by empowering you to recommend  (5)  five unemployed persons for the BAFU assistance program.  This is how MORALE BOOSTERS stay on purpose.  MORALE BOOSTERS enroll supporters and recipients of the BAFU cause to advance membership and to boost more morales.  So, the more you advance, the more people you can help.  It is like having your own BAFU foundation to help those in need and you can do all this with your MORALE BOOSTER Membership.  And, you have the support system to make it happen.  

B) We will giv you a starter supplies of 5 car decals with the MORALE BOOSTING MANDATE to be affixed in your car window or you glass window in your office or at home.  These decals will serve to spread the BAFU MORALE-BOOSTING.  These decals are a constant reminder of the fight you engage in against unemployment.  Keep the decal displayed at all times to turn attention toward the fight we are sustaining in this Country.  We will overcome as hope-spirited Americans if we stay the course on purpose.  Stay on purpose with an auto-pilot decal system.  This is yours free  with your GOLD MORALE BOOSTING MEMBERSHIP.  

C)  We equip you with a MORALE-BOOSTING marketing card you can present to every company you desire to market the BAFU initiative to.  This card is your passport to address large and small companies, organizations and clubs.

A) As true MORALE BOOSTERS, you will learn to boost other's Morale by releasing your power to others.  By so doing, you will become true givers as we train you to cultivate the abundance mentality.  Members are trained to view life as an ever expanding circle and as such, they learn to make room for others.  We train MORALE BOOSTERS to release power and to receive greater power as they do so.  To empower you, BAFU will feature your name on a special  participation list on one of our Websites  as a MORALE BOOSTER to inspire hope in you and others in your circle of influence.   

B) BAFU, upon readiness of the JOBS CREATION REGISTRY will also feature you with or without your name as a faithful supporter of our MORALE BOOSTING TRADEMARK at whatever level you participate. 

C)  As a MORALE-BOOSTING member you can accumulate points or may decide to participate at a higher level during any fiscal year. BAFU would prorate your current membership and make allowance for you to pay the difference and enjoy a greater compensation.  Ask questions during the orientation meetings.

d) Should you have a Morale-boosting testimonial, BAFU invites you to send your written information to our office for our blogs, news releases, articles or newsletters to be published on our platform or, upon written agreement, we can publish the same on major directories and search engines.  Indicate if you would be available to share what BAFU means to you at one of our social events or on the Web.  You and/or your company will be featured at the Upper management's discretion and upon agreements.

B) BAFU is an engine of ministry in a business vehicle.   At BAFU we demonstrate our key principle by encouraging our members to recommend at least one unemployed person to receive our free benefits.  This is the way we express our compassion through genuine love for humanity.   Join BAFU if you have this level of compassion or if you wish to develop this level of concern that will prompt you to reach out and touch others in need specially in the fight against unemployment.  Join BAFU, follow the PRINCIPLE OF LOVE.

P6) MORALE BOOSTING PLANNING:  

Planning is of the utmost importance at BAFU.  Most business fail for lack of planning.  P6 in our seven P philosophy is PLANNING.  

A) WELCOME TO PLANNING.  This is our session for creativity and innovation to maintain a youthful approach in our pursuit.  Our corporate health depends on maintaining a fountain of youth and encouraging our members to do likewise. This is the first step MORALE BOOSTERS are encouraged to take as they receive the starting ORIENTATION session at BAFU.

D) TRUST BUILDERS:  These sessions advanced are made available to MORALE BOOSTERS to build their interpersonal skills.  The way to turn unemployment into a workforce, is to create environments conducive to growth, teamwork, and synergy.  The trust builders classes are designed to equip our members to achieve such goals.   

E) TESTIMONIALS:  Should you have a testimonial that is Job-related, BAFU invites you to send your written information to our office for our blogs, news releases, articles or newsletters and to be available to share what BAFU means to you at one of our social events or on the Web.  You and or your company will be featured at the Upper management's discretion.

F)  If you are a writer, public speaker, or a blogger, BAFU invites you to participate on our sites and publish your work for other BAFU members to see and to be visible to the world at large. 

P7) MORALE BOOSTING PERFORMANCE: 

Performance is the seventh P at BAFU and it is the most important P in the BAFU philosophy.  This is where the rubber meets the road. This is what makes the difference between theory and practice, between the failures and the heroes, between triumph or defeat.  At BAFU, performance is a sine qua non condition to success.  

A) Each MORALE BOOSTER is required to perform or else he or she cannot maintain a membership in good and regular standing.  BAFU will support, equip and empower you to do your part but you must supply the will to do it.  BAFU will train you to enroll one MORALE BOSTER per month as required.  This model is designed to duplicate the contagious MORALE BOOSTING initiative and perpetrate the participation of others to boost the performance of each member.   Our membership forecast is based on that requirement.

  B) As a State Charter Member you can represent BAFU at your level.  BAFU will equip you with the right morale boosting tools. You do not have to wait for a BAFU presentation to invite others if you do not want to.  However, as BAFU presents its plan periodically via Webinars, you may decide to accompany someone else to one of our sessions either online or live to represent the BAFU initiative.  AS a State Charter Member, you can pass your business cards with the BAFU trademark and you can create letterheads with the BAFU logo and private label per discretion and permission of upper management for the sole purpose of marketing the BAFU initiative.  Until then, and at all times, you must have a State Charter Member to explain the BAFU Mandate, Mission, Message and Ministry. 

C) Should you need the backing and the credibility from BAFU, any executive can assist you or you can call us and we will be happy to get on the phone with you as you make your contact for enrollment.  This will allow for continuity in presenting the BAFU initiative.    At all times, you must be ready to explain the BAFU Mandate, Mission, Message and Ministry.
