1) We would like to invite you to affix the BAFU private label on your packaging to powerboost the resilient American spirit.  By placing this tiny BAFU licensed label in a corner of every products you distribute, consumers would be constantly reminded of the fight against unemployment and the importance of consuming “MADE IN AMERICA” products to PowerBoost our economy.  We have only three options of BAFU licensing as follows:  

Option #1) The exclusive rights licensing agreements or our top tier which allows your company to be the sole firm within your Standard Industrial Classsification (SIC) to be listed for the BAFU label in a three year-renewable agreement.   

Option #2) The limited rights licensing agreement which allows up to twelve companies within the same SIC to be listed concurrently on the Jobs Creation Registry and with our private label.  

Option #3) The general licensing agreement which allos as many companies as possible in the same SIC to affix our label and be featured on the upcoming registry.

Please note, through this campaign, the cost of participation would be pennies per label to carry this BOUNCE BACK message.  We will submit our art work in any format suitable to you, should you chose to affix the label in house as it is customary.  Let's make a loud noise with the "MADE IN AMERICA" message.    

2) Regardless of your level of participation, BAFU, in return for affixing the BAFU label on your products or services, will feature your company on our JOBS CREATION REGISTRY (JCR) among many Fortune 500 and 100 companies.  The JCR is a publication that will be released this coming Janury 2011 in honor of the heroic companies that kept America employed through the current unemployment crisis.  Your listing will be free upon joining our BOUNCE BACK AMERICA licensing agreement.  The deadline for inclusion is November 15, 2010.

3) Join the BAFU World Class Membership to reflect your integral participation in the Recovery Act.  By joining the WCM at BAFU, you are guaranteed a 50% discount on your licensing agreement to carry this campaign forward and an honorable placement on our JOBS CREATION REGISTRY this coming January 2011.
