SPECIAL EXCHANGE
Once the inventory for the month expires, purchases can be made from other members as follows:
An Individual Member who wants to buy inventory must abide by the rules of Shortage.
Meaning the member must be willing to pay $50.00 premium for the individual membership is the inventory Member so elects.  As such, the $50.00 is placed on the cost of that membership not on the selling price.  
The deal would look like this for a State Charter member dealing with an Individual Membership.  
297.00 + Exchange Fees $50.00 or 347.00 or
209.00 + Exchange Fees $50.00 or $259.00 or
180.00 + Exchange Fees 50.00= 230.00
It all depends on the acquisition costs of the member be it SMC or PCM

FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL
BAFU reserves the right to offer deals to members that have acquired inventory first.  That first right of refusal is your guarantee that your membership or classes or services will be sold within the time allotted for its sale which is one full year.  BAFU also reserves the right to recall inventory at the acquisition cost or to charge a restocking fee at the management's discretion.

LINE OF CREDIT FOR YOUR TRADE
Every member is granted an unconditional line of credit to build his or her business regardless of past history, credit problems or otherwise.
