Upon recommendation by a Charter Member, you will learn that
Membership is divided into two tiers as follows:
a) CHARTER MEMBERSHIP: ANNUAL DUES $450.00 for Individuals and $950.00 for Corporate. Membership is free for Pentagon Members who own at least one unit of BAFU Common stocks or 2500 shares and who access the highest ROI of 255% on their exclusive transactions. INDIVIDUAL and CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP: A Charter Membership status is a prestigious privilege from BAFU. The BAFU World Class Membership is a powerful cause to stand for. To fight back against unemployment, BAFU has designed a reactive and a proactive plan in the form of a formula: Business Creation = Jobs Creation. BAFU embraced jobs creation being reactive and education being proactive. These plans are interwoven in the C.P.A. acronyms standing for the Cause, Philosophy and Action plan as follows:

The BAFU Philosophy is divided into seven Ps as follows:
1) Purpose: we purpose to penetrate every city and town in the U.S and every Country around the world to inculcate the principles embodied in our three Ms above.
2) Prestige: BAFU offers a prestigious Executive Director functions to all members
3) Power: A seat on the Board of Directors for all Charter members is offered by BAFU upon approval instead of titles such as, Rep. representative, Sales rep, Distributors etc. which are overused at times.
4) Profitability: A membership at BAFU is a highly profitable and this is guaranteed profit. The Charter Members are given multiple income streams and at least three income and wealth building outlets by BAFU. Beyond these benefits, a Charter member can make 34% on enrollments, 50% on personal discounts and profit on BAFU services and up to 115% (ROI) return on investment exclusive packages. The Pentagon members, the highest tier of our organization, they make 60% on enrollments, 65% on all BAFU services they market and up to 255% on ROI based on exclusive packages available to them by BAFU. up to 250% ROI on their exclusive pages. 7) Performance : This is a must for all members of BAFU as it is the lifeblood of the organization. Every member is required vigorously to enroll at least one new member per month to remain in good and regular standing. This requirement is fulfilled when a member enrolls at least three members in any given quarter. Therefore, if a Charter ,member fails to enroll anyone during the first two months of the quarter and you enroll three during the last month, the Charter Member is still in good and regular standing at BAFU. From this statement one can realize that BAFU will allow a member to go up to three months before taking an action for non-performance. Such action is not and will never be to deny membership to the member but instead to deny Board position and Charter Membership status to that member that has fallen behind. The member can remain a Member of BAFU but not at a Charter Level position. Therefore, performance is a must for all Charter members to keep the BAFU initiative in the forefront of the Nation and to support our growth forecast for every State.
The BAFU Action Plan is divided into three basic categories as PHD:
a) P stands for the BAFU Presidential Registry or BAFU Jobs Creation Registry which our members participate in for free
b) H stands for Hire Yourself internet Marketing Classes SEO and PPC including our BIG TIME TRAFFIC
c) D stands for Donation to the unemployed, scholarship and internship programs of up to $5,000.00 in resources and other non-cash benefits.
CHARTER MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
(Individual and corporate members)
1) If you are part of the first twenty five members that enroll in that particular State or Country
2) Your eligibility is conditional upon mutual agreement between you and BAFU
3) If approved as a Charter Member, participation at the Board level must be agreed upon mutually
4) Enrollment of at least one new member per month is a must to remain in good standing
5) Training new members is a must for Charter members
6) Staying current with the annual dues is a must for Charter members
7) All Charter Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate in BAFU
8) All Charter Members must be recommended by an approved member before approval
CHARTER MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES AND PROFITABILITY
(Individual and corporate members receive the following upon approval and within 30 days)
1) A distinguished Membership Certificate to be displayed
2) A distinguished Ownership Certificate to be displayed
2) Inclusion in the BAFU Presidential Registry each year if they are in good and regular standing
3) Online store creation sessions
4) Online blog creation sessions

5) 34% compensation on all enrollments (No more 10% monthly and annual profit sharing plan)

PENTAGON MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
(Individual and corporate Commitment Lifetime Membership)
All Requirements for Charter Members apply for Pentagon Members likewise with the following stipulations:
1) A Pentagon Membership is a lifetime membership and does not need to be renewed as a Charter Membership every year. This is a major benefit for this membership class.
2) PREREQUISITE: A Pentagon Member must commit to at least one block of ownership in the company. Each block being 2500 shares. BAFU allows the Pentagon Members to purchase its own shares at a 50% reduced cost from the estimated $10.00 a share. therefore, the member pays $5.00 and that cost remains the same throughout the year 2010 regardless of the growth of BAFU. This is a guaranteed price exclusively for BAFU members. BAFU does not intend to go public, therefore BAFU purposed to maintain ownership for its members on a long-term basis. BAFU MDC, INC. currently has 642,500 shares remaining from an original 1,000,000.00 shares or common stocks issued during FY90.
3) A Pentagon Member may be also a Charter Member but not necessarily so. Let's assume that a Member joins BAFU after the Charter Membership has been filled, then, the Pentagon Member cannot be a Charter Member in that State since he or she was not part of the first twenty five members who enrolled at BAFU originally.
3) Participation is upon willingness and ability and is not a condition to be or stay a member of BAFU.
4) If approved as a Charter Member, participation at the Board level must be agreed upon mutually between the Pentagon Members and the Board of BAFU
5) Enrollment of at least one new member per month is a must to remain in good standing as a Charter Member if applicable.

6) Staying current with the annual dues is not applicable to Pentagon members. Please note that the investment in one block of shares may be a one-time investment and a Pentagon member is not required to buy shares of the company every year. Therefore, a Pentagon Membership lasts for a lifetime.
7) All Pentagon Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate in BAFU. However, a guardian or parent may reserve a pentagon membership for a beneficiary who is a minor. Consult with your attorney for details.
8) All Pentagon Members must be recommended by an approved member before approval as it is in the case of Charter Members.
PENTAGON MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES AND PROFITABILITY
